jin cook is soooooo good! i love their cheese pork curry! there's a huge wall of rice keeping the curry away from the crispy katsu, YAY! the portion is HUGE! totally shareable between two adults. my other fav is their fried mushroom appetizer. fried to perfection with a tasty sauce. idk what kind of sauce but it's slight sweet and delicious. they also give a nice spread of ban chan, pickle onions are super crunchy. the interior is cute, i think it's supposed to look like the old streets of korea. plenty of seating and open space. you can enter thru the back if you park in the back lot. service was fast and friendly.

One of the best Korean food spot in town, Glendale to me have always been a American town with many American restaurant but I found this Korean gem, they offer a great Korean food experience with their chessy braised beef short ribs. There are greatly priced and reasonable portion good enough to fill two bellies! A must goto and a try spot in Glande when craving Korean food! Services were great and fast!

This hidden gem in Glendale feels like stepping into an old-school Korean eatery--simple, cozy, and packed with charm. The no-reservation, walk-in-only policy means it's always bustling, especially during dinner hours, but the wait is so worth it. The staff is friendly, and the vibe feels like a classic spot you'd find in Seoul. Everything is served fresh, with generous portions and no fuss. Perfect for a casual night out without the hassle of heading to K-Town. If you're looking for authentic Korean comfort food in a relaxed setting, this is the place!

Yummy food for late night munchies with shareable portions. These dishes were perfect for a cold day. My favorite was the Kal-Guksu. We also got an assortment of side dishes like kimchi, radish, and cabbage. Service was quick and very attentive. The store is a bit tiny so there is a wait! There's paid parking behind the building.

We were staying at the Hyatt Place a couple blocks away and decided to walk over to Jin Cook. First impression was Wow! Nice decor and vibe. My kids loved the way the interior looked. They felt like they were in Korea...even tho they have never been there haha Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the Cheese Curry Katsu. The pork pork katsu was crispy and filled with cheese. A Jincook specialty. I like how they make a wall of rice to divide the curry and the katsu pork , so the katsu doesn't get soggy. The Bulgogi hot stone was enjoyed by two of my kids. They devoured those entrees. My youngest had the Katsu combo, he really enjoyed his plate. We also ordered the Traditional Pork Soup and the Rose Tteobokki. Both were delicious with a nice depth of flavor. I have to mention the bonchon. The 4 little bowls were very good, a nice compliment to our meal. Overall, a great dining experience. The service was awesome and the food was spectacular

My friend, girlfriend, and I all came in and were warmly greeted by staff. The interior aesthetic reminded me of similar places back in Korea with how it felt cozy and was dimly lit. Service was decent and attentive. We ordered the bulgogi hot stone, spicy pork hot stone, and marinated dumplings. The spicy pork was maybe a 4/10 or 5/10 in spiciness but everything we had there was delicious. The sweet soy sauce paired with the marinated dumplings complemented each other well and it's hard to go wrong with the pork and bulgogi with rice accompanying them. Price is okay vs the portion of food you get. Overall it was a nice experience!

My friends and I went here a few weeks ago, around 9pm. In a pinch and late night, this spot is great to get Korean food. The venue decor was a homage to traditional Korean decor! Service was great, our food runner and server were very attentive. The menu had a variety of Korean dishes, in addition to Japanese and Korean fusion dishes. I got the beef bone soup with rice, my friends ordered : LA Korean BBQ Beef Rib, spicy tofu stew, marinated, dumpling, and two other soup items... I forgot which ones. The flavors were very homelike, and cozy. The only thing that I was sad about - they didn't have sea salt or perilla seeds. However, that is more of a personal choice, not really something to criticize a business over.

We came here as an option to not have to drive to Korea town and Jin was open late so we tried it. I ordered the sweet pumpkin cheese curry katsu. Mind you, these stone pots are piping hot so be careful. The food is super hot. My dish was good. I enjoyed the curry and sweetness of the pumpkin. It was a nice sweet and savory dish. My husband ordered the hamburger steak hot stone and he said it was "ok". The server even mentioned that it was his least favorite, but my husband wanted to try anyway. The banchan was decent and the server even brought out complimentary marinated dumplings. I wonder if he did that cuz he knew my husband wouldn't enjoy the hamburger steak. Whatever the case, it was a kind gesture. Overall, I'm sure the menu has plenty of great dishes, the ambiance is nice and I love that they're open late especially in the area. The staff is super friendly too.
